General Information
Each Gift Voucher is personalized and includes a unique identification code, which can only be used for the specified service or for a predetermined monetary value. It is strictly personal, non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. In case of loss, theft, or damage, no duplicate will be issued.

Using the Gift Voucher at the Warwick Paris Hotel

• Each Gift Voucher is accompanied by a unique number that must be provided at the time of reservation.
• The recipient of the Gift Voucher must make an advance reservation and provide the unique number indicated on the voucher.
• Reservations are subject to availability and must comply with the specific terms of use mentioned on the voucher.
• The Gift Voucher must be presented in either paper or digital format during the visit.

Cancellation, Modification, and Refund Policy for Gift Vouchers

Any cancellation of a reservation made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled date of the service will result in the Gift Voucher being voided and considered null and void.

In case of no-show or late cancellation, the Gift Voucher will be deemed used and cannot be refunded or extended.

Gift Vouchers are neither refundable nor exchangeable for cash or other services. In case of loss or theft, the Gift Voucher cannot be reissued.

The establishment assumes no responsibility if the Gift Voucher is not used before its expiration date.
